Join us for a BOO-tiful night of tricks and treats jam-packed with family fun. Come and experience a wickedly-cool performance from the kookiest and spookiest of all mad scientists, Dr. Diabolical! Along with his lab assistant Frau Inga and his “right hand man” Lefty, the Doctor makes hilarious and macabre mayhem. This year’s fun-loving experiment involves bringing Frankenstein’s monster back to life. With the help of volunteers from the audience, Doctor Diabolical will succeed where others’ have failed!

PLEASE NOTE: There will be loud thunder, organ music, mad laughter, electrical noises and a scream or two during the performance.

Halloween and nature come together at the Greenwich Audubon Center’s Halloween Weekend celebration on Friday & Saturday, October 25th and 26th. You’ll have a howling good time (both spooky and friendly!) exploring the trails of the center’s nature preserve, which have been transformed into a Halloween haven. There will be plenty for all to enjoy: a Creepy Crawly Critter Show with slithery, crawly, scaly, and hairy critters, a Haunted Forest Walk where you’ll watch the woods come alive with creatures of the night (note: this is VERY SCARY), and a fright-free Costume Parade (Saturday only!). There will also be a bonfire with s’mores. Come enjoy the Audubon’s frightful forest and scare-free enchanted meadow!

Tickets: Each program is $15 per person at the door or $13 per person when purchased in advance.

Families are invited to come in costume to the Museum Commons behind the Fairfield Museum & History Center (370 Beach Road) on Sunday, October 27 at noon for a day of free, fantastic fun! This family event, presented by the Fairfield Museum and the Town of Fairfield, will feature trick-or-treating, giveaways, performances, music, food trucks, bounce houses, games, hayrides, crafts, activities and more! The beloved Costume Parade begins at 1:00pm! Elaborate Halloween displays will be set up in the historic buildings on the Museum Commons (Kids’ Cottage, Sun Tavern and Old Academy Schoolhouse) and the entire area will be transformed into an enchanting Halloween village.
