To be included on the list below, the city or town or CDP (census designated place) had to have at least 5 homes sold in less than 13 days. We used March 2023 real estate data from RedFin. The Number of days to sell a house is Median Day on Market.

In March 2023, the average time it took to sell a home in New Castle and Loomis was only 5 days, while it took 6 days to sell a house in Country Club and Costa Contra Centre and 9 days to sell a house in Waterford, Lake Wildwood and Turlock.
