Captain Island is the town of Greenwich’s private beach. Non-residents can take the town ferry from the Arch Street ferry dock which is walking distance from The Delamar Greenwich Harbor. There is non-resident fee of $13 for the ferry ride to Island Beach plus a $9 single entry park pass. Note that the single entry park pass are not sold at the ferry dock, the park pass must be purchased in advanced Monday to Friday at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center (90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich, CT )
