I absolutely adore blue and white chinoiseries! I recently discovered that there are Christmas ornaments that feature this beautiful design, and I was smitten. I found some adorable ginger jar ornaments and blue and white Christmas ball ornaments on Amazon, and I knew I had to have them. This year, I decided to decorate my Christmas tree with a chinoiserie theme, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

Chinoiserie Christmas Tree
This year, I have an 8 foot fresh Fraser Christmas tree that I’m decorating with blue and white Christmas chinoiserie ornaments.
Blue and White Chinoiserie Ginger Jar Christmas Ornaments
I bought these beautiful blue and white ginger jar chinoiserie ornaments made of porcelain. They are heavy enough to hang well on the Christmas tree branches, and I got them at a great value after price shopping. Check them out!
These are the ginger jars that I like from Amazon:
Chinoiserie Christmas Ornament Balls
I also bought these blue and white chinoiserie Christmas ornament balls that look like porcelain but are actually unbreakable. These Chinoiserie ornaments are perfect for decorating the tree with kids because you don’t have to worry about them breaking.
I like these Chinoiserie ornament balls. Do note that they are not big balls but they look great and are perfect for my Christmas tree!
Red and Blue Chinoiserie Christmas Tree
This year, I’m adding splashes of red to my Christmas tree instead of sticking to a blue theme. I was inspired by beautiful photos of red and blue Chinoiserie Christmas trees and thought I’d try to replicate that look.
Fresh Holly Berries on my Christmas Tree
I was deciding how to add red to my Christmas tree decor and considered using red Christmas ornament balls. However, I ended up using fresh holly berries that I cut from my garden.
The red holly berries look amazing next to my blue and white chinoiserie ornaments.
I used thin red ribbons to tie the holly berries to my Christmas tree. Alternatively, you can use green twist ties to attach the holly berries to the branches.
A Very Chinoiserie Christmas
To complete my Chinoiserie Christmas tree decor, I added a blue and white Chinoiserie ceramic drum stool.
Additionally, I used a large blue and white Chinoiserie vase with a red ribbon to make it look festive.
Although, I didn’t buy my Chinoiserie drum stool from Amazon, I found one that you might like if you like mine. Check out the drum stool.
