The best car rental company in America is Alamo scoring an impressive 83 in customer satisfaction.

1. Alamo

Alamo is the best car rental company in America, with a 5% increase in customer satisfaction from 79 to 83. Alamo is known for its friendly service, convenient locations and competitive prices.

2. Avis

Avis came in second. It is important to note that Avis is the most improved car rental company, with an 8% increase in customer satisfaction from 74 to 80.

Avis is a global brand that operates in more than 165 countries and has a fleet of over 600,000 vehicles. Avis caters to business travelers and leisure travelers alike, with services such as car delivery, roadside assistance and mobile app booking.

Enterprise is the third best car rental company, with a 4% increase in customer satisfaction from 76 to 79.

Hertz came in 6th place. It did not improve its customer satisfaction score, remaining at 76.
