I don’t know about you, but mornings in my house always feel like a mad rush. Getting the kids and myself fed, dressed, and out the door leaves little time to cook breakfast. That’s why I’m always looking for foods I can heat up quickly, grab from the refrigerator, or put together before my coffee gets cold.
Costco makes that a little easier. From frozen breakfast sandwiches and refrigerated egg bites to bakery finds, yogurt, and fruit, there are plenty of options for busy mornings. Here are some to look for on your next Costco trip.
1. Kirkland Signature Breakfast Sandwiches

Price: $15.49 for 8 sandwiches
If your morning routine often involves buying a breakfast sandwich on the way to work, these are worth a look. The Kirkland Signature version has applewood-smoked bacon, egg, and cheese on a spiral croissant.
They come frozen, so you can keep a box on hand and heat one according to the package directions when you need breakfast. There’s no frying pan to wash or sandwich to assemble.
The eight-count box is $15.49, which works out to about $1.94 per sandwich.
2. Red’s Meat Lovers Breakfast Burritos

Price: $15.99 for 10 burritos
Red’s Meat Lovers Breakfast Burritos come in a ten-pack and have 16 grams of protein per burrito. Keep them in the freezer for mornings when you want a more substantial breakfast with minimal preparation.
At the $15.99 price, each burrito comes to about $1.60.
3. Jamaican Beef Patties

Price: $11.99 for 10 Beef Patties
This might not be a traditional breakfast food, but Jamaican beef patties are one of my son’s breakfast choices.
My usual method is to microwave one first and then finish it in the air fryer. It’s a high-protein breakfast if he wants something savory instead of cereal or a sweet breakfast.
Breakfast doesn’t always have to look like eggs and toast. Sometimes the easiest solution is a food your family already enjoys.
4. Mason Dixie Chicken Biscuits

Price: $15.79 for 8 sandwiches
If you like a chicken biscuit for breakfast, look for Mason Dixie in Costco’s freezer section. These sandwiches pair crispy chicken breast with an all-butter biscuit.
They’re a change from the usual egg-and-cheese breakfast sandwich.
The eight-count box is $15.79 or about $1.97 per sandwich.
5. Kirkland Signature Sous Vide Egg Bites

Price: $12.59 for 10 bites
These refrigerated egg white bites are useful when you want an easy high protein, egg breakfast.
You can heat a serving and add toast or fruit to round out breakfast.
The package contained ten egg bites and is priced at $12.59. It’s an easy option to rotate with breakfast sandwiches.
6. Veggies Made Great Spinach Egg White Frittatas

Just take them out of the freezer and toast.
8. Veggies Made Great Broccoli Cheddar Frittatas

Price: $13.99 for 12 frittatas
If you’re not a big fan of spinach egg white frittatas, you might like the broccoli cheddar version. It’s high protein breakfast, giving you 21 grams of protein.
The 12-count box is $13.99.
9. Veggies Made Great Tomato Basil Frittatas

Price: $13.99 for 20 frittatas
The tomato basil frittata is another easy egg breakfast. This is made with mozzarella and cage-free eggs.
It gives you 5 grams of protein per serving and is only 80 calories.
The 20-count box is $13.99.
10. Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

Price: $14.89 for 12 sandwiches
For another frozen breakfast sandwich option, look for Jimmy Dean’s sausage, egg, and cheese croissants. These use sausage instead of the bacon in Kirkland’s version, giving you a little variety in your breakfast routine.
The sandwiches are individually wrapped and fully cooked, so you just heat them and enjoy. At about $1.24 per sandwich, they’re an affordable alternative to picking up breakfast on the way to work.
11. Crepini Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes

Price: $12.69 for 24.5 ounces
Pancakes sound great in the morning until you think about mixing batter, cooking several batches, and cleaning the griddle.
Crepini Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes is a shortcut. These premade pancakes let you skip the batter and focus on getting breakfast on the table.
The best part is it’s got higher protein than your usual pancake.
The 24.5-ounce package is $12.69.
12. Belgian Boys Mini Waffles

Price: $9.79 per package
These mini waffles are another breakfast shortcut to look for in Costco’s refrigerated section.
Just microwave for 30 seconds. It’s an easy grab and go breakfast, even kids can serve themselves.
It’s $9.79 for a 1.19 lb box.
13. Seven Sundays Wildberry Protein Oats

Price: $10.49 for 32 ounces
If you prefer oatmeal, look for Seven Sundays Wildberry Protein Oats in the pantry aisles.
I like that it’s high protein with 10 grams of protein per serving. The wildberry flavor adds variety to the usual oatmeal routine. You can heat it up in the microwave and have hot oatmeal. Or you can also refrigerate it and make overnight oats.
14. Chobani Flavored Yogurt

Price: $17.99 per case (recorded warehouse price; case size not recorded).
Chobani yogurt is another everyday staple in our house. My son eats it daily and likes the variety in Costco’s case, which includes strawberry, peach, blueberry, and cherry.
We enjoy all four flavors, so there’s no unpopular flavor left sitting in the refrigerator. We usually add granola and fresh fruit for an easy breakfast that takes almost no time to put together.
15. Chobani 20G Protein Yogurt

Price: $6.79 for 40 oz
I’ve recently started eating Chobani 20G Protein Yogurt because I’m trying to get more protein into my day.
I like that it’s plain with no added sugar, so I can add my own toppings. I usually top it with blueberries and granola for a quick breakfast.
16. La Terra Fina Quiche

Price: $14.99 for two quiches
Quiche is an easy breakfast when you’re feeding a family. Although it’s not really grab and go, you’ll need to have a proper sit down breakfast for this.
The La Terra Fina variety pack comes with 2 quiches- spinach and artichoke quiche and cheddar and broccoli quiche.
Just heat it in the oven and serve. It’s only $7.49 per quiche.
17. Kirkland Signature Pretzel Bagels

Price: $4.99 for 8 bagels
If you’re ready for a change from your usual toast, look for Costco’s pretzel bagels in the bakery. At about 62 cents each, they’re an affordable way to switch up breakfast.
Toast one and spread on cream cheese, or use it to make an egg-and-cheese sandwich when you have a little more time.
Slice and freeze any extras you won’t finish quickly so you can take one out whenever you need it.
18. Kirkland Signature Pain au Chocolat

Price: $9.99 for 16 ounces
These Kirkland Signature chocolate-filled pastries are a delicious option for a grab-and-go breakfast.
I especially like that they’re smaller than the giant pastries you often find at Costco. Even kids can enjoy one without needing to cut it into portions—one less thing to do when everyone is rushing out the door.
19. Veggies Made Great Strawberry Fruit Pockets

At about 17 cents per waffle, they’re one of the lowest-cost options on this list. Toast a few and serve with yogurt or fruit for a quick breakfast on busy school mornings.
21. Mayorga Organic Chia Seeds

Price: $8.89 for 3 pounds
I find that Costco has some of the lowest prices on chia seeds. I recently bought the three-pound bag of Mayorga Organic Chia Seeds, and it should last me a long time.
One of my favorite ways to use them is to make chia pudding for breakfast. I mix the chia seeds with coconut milk and refrigerate the mixture overnight so it thickens. In the morning, I just add fruit, and breakfast is ready.
You can also stir chia seeds into yogurt or oatmeal. They’re a versatile pantry staple for easy breakfasts, especially when you want something you can prepare ahead of time.
22. Bananas

Price: $1.99 per bunch (non-organic)
Bananas are one of the least expensive foods I regularly buy at Costco, and we use them almost every day.
We blend them into breakfast smoothies or slice them over yogurt, oatmeal, and pancakes. When we’re rushing out the door, my son often grabs one to eat in the car.
If several ripen at once, I peel them, cut them into pieces, and freeze them for future smoothies. It’s an easy way to keep them from going to waste.
23. Townsend Farms Organic Frozen Mixed Berries

Price: $10.79 for 3 lbs
These organic frozen mixed berries are a staple in my breakfast smoothies, so I always make sure I have a bag in the freezer.
I blend them with banana, yogurt, almond butter, and Kirkland almond milk for a filling breakfast smoothie with protein.
My daughter always drinks it in the car since she rarely has time to have a proper sit down breakfast on school days.
24. Blueberries

Price: $6.99 per container
Blueberries are another Costco staple in our house. We eat them with yogurt every day, so I always make sure we have some in the refrigerator.
I look for the big, plump blueberries. In my experience, those tend to taste sweeter than the smaller ones.
