Costco is busy stocking new foods and bringing back seasonal favorites for fall. I found everything from the famous pumpkin pie to easy freezer meals to Oktoberfest foods to protein-packed snacks and chocolates for holiday gifting.

Costco inventory can change quickly, especially with seasonal products. Prices and availability may also vary by warehouse, so treat this list as a shopping guide rather than a guarantee that every location will carry every item.

I’m buying this as a quick lunch or serve it as a side dish for dinner. 

Crepini Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes, $12.69

I would keep them for mornings when there is no time to make pancakes from scratch. They could also work as a quick snack with fruit or nut butter.

The giant pumpkin cheesecake is also back in the Costco bakery for $21.99. It weighs 4 pounds 6 ounces and comes finished with whipped topping, so it is ready to serve. 

This one costs much more than the pumpkin pie, but it is also a richer dessert that feels more special for a holiday meal. 

I would buy it when I need one dessert that can serve a large group without any baking or decorating. Because of the size, make sure you have enough refrigerator space before putting it in your cart.

That is a lot of dessert for the price. I think it is one of the best values in the Costco bakery because it is difficult to find a pie this large for less. 

It is an easy dessert for a fall dinner, football gathering or Thanksgiving table, and the low price means I would not feel guilty picking one up before the holiday rush.

PB&J Mid-Day Squares Variety Pack, $10.99

The PB&J Mid-Day Squares variety pack is $10.99 for 12 bars, with six strawberry and six grape. 

They are no-bread peanut butter and jelly snack bars. Each bar has six grams of protein and four grams of fiber. These are great to keep in the fridge for a quick snack.

TRIP Mindful Blend Sparkling Drinks, $19.99
