The real estate market in Georgia is thriving in several towns and cities, with Fair Oaks, Grantville, Statesboro, Tallapoosa, Clarkstown, Waco, Centerville, and North Decatur being the top 8 places where homes are selling fast.
In February 2023, the average time it took to sell a house in Fair Oaks was only 12 days, while it took 14 days in Grantville and 15 days in Statesboro. Tallapoosa had an average of 17 days to sell a house, while Clarkston, Waco, Centerville, and North Decatur all had an average of 18 days to sell a home.
