In order to come up with our list of the richest towns in Bergen County, the rankings are based on both income and home prices. We took data from the US Census American Community Survey and residential housing market data.

Note: We realize we are using the term “town” loosely in this article since some of these towns are actually villages, boroughs, cities, and hamlets.
