About Adam Goldberg
After a long career spanning Wall Street, structured finance, insurance, and mitigation, Adam Goldberg began baking bagels as a passion project during the pandemic. When Saturday morning bagels for friends turned to friends of friends asking for bagels and then complete strangers reaching out for them, he knew he was on to something. Now 2 years later with 2 consecutive “Best Bagel” awards at the annual Brooklyn Bagelfest, a feature story in the NY Times Food Section and soon to be 5 locations in the NY Metropolitan area, with a Glenville location opening this spring, there is no slowing down the Popupbagels plans to bring their fresh bagels and creative schmears to as many people as possible.
