Cruising is one of the easiest types of vacations because it’s all-inclusive. However, not everything is covered in the cruise fare. Before going on your cruise, it’s important to know what is and is not included so you can make the most of your cruise vacation.
Accommodations
Your cabin is included in the cruise fare and includes daily housekeeping service. The cruise price will vary depending on whether you are staying in an inside stateroom, balcony room, oceanview room, or suite.
Kids Club
The Kids Club is included in your cruise fare. It’s a drop-off supervised activity for children as young as 3 years old. Kids are grouped by age and entertained with fun, age-appropriate activities. There is usually a morning, afternoon, and evening session. Most cruises will also have a Teen room for teens aged 13 to 17 years old.
Shows
Every evening, there is a main show in the cruise ship’s theater—this can range from Broadway Shows to Comedy to Magic Shows. Most cruise ships will also have live music and late-night shows held in smaller venues or the atrium of the cruise ship. These shows are included in your cruise fare.
Parties
You will never get bored on a cruise. There are nightly parties for you to attend. The best part is they are included in your cruise fare. From the Sailaway Party to White Parties to Silent Disco Parties- there is always a party to go to.
Gym
The cruise ship’s gym is free for everyone to use. Most cruise ships have impressive gyms with elliptical machines, treadmills, and weights. Other fitness amenities, such as sports courts and jogging tracks, are also included in your cruise. Do know that most fitness classes will incur an extra charge.
Daytime Activities
There are plenty of free onboard activities during the day. These include learn-to-dance classes, game shows, trivia, port talks, spa seminars, afternoon movies, and more. Check out 21 Smart and Easy Ways to Save Money on a Cruise

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, you will enjoy a fancy dining experience with a waiter and assistant waiter to cater to your needs. From Eggs Benedict to Steak to Escargot to Lobster to Shrimp Cocktail, you will enjoy a premium dining experience.
