What are the best restaurants in Westchester?

Can you recommend a restaurant for Cheap Eats in Westchester?

Eatarry at 25 Main St., Tarrytown NY- 914-909-5212

I usually order an omelet with apple and brie cheese which they make so well, the cheese is perfectly melted and the eggs are cooked thin, folded nicely and cooked just right.

Can you recommend a restaurant for special occasions in Westchester?

X2O Xaviers on the Hudson at 71 Water Grant St., Yonkers NY- 914-965-1111

It is situated right on the water with great views of the Hudson River. The food is classic and well prepared, I also go there for sushi.

Can you recommend a good Vegetarian restaurant?

Art Cafe of NYACK at 65 S. Broadway, Nyack, NY- 845-353-4230

It’s a middle eastern vegetarian cafe, I usually order the hummus and Shakshooka which is baked eggs in a spicy tomato sauce served with pita.

What’s a good Westchester restaurant for date night?

Harvest on Hudson at 1 River St., Hastings NY- 914-478-2800

The place reminds of an Italian villa in Tuscany, the views while sitting outdoors is great. In the winter, I love a table by the fireplace.

What are the best restaurants in New York City?

Zengo at 622 Third Ave., New York, NY- 212-808-8110

I love that it’s located near Grand Central.  I like to go there for their bottomless brunch. They serve small dishes from their entire brunch menu which are very well prepared and their drinks are creative and delicious. They also have a great variety of high-end tequila and mezcal.

Cookshop at 156 Tenth Ave, New York, NY- 212-924-4440

Cookshop is near the Highline. I love going there for the well prepared, always fresh food they serve. Their sausages and briskets are great.

You are the executive chef at Prime. What is your signature dish?

Prime at 78 Southfield Ave., Stamford, CT- 203-817-0700

Definitely try the Veal with parmesan crust and bordelaise at Prime. The dish is sophisticated, well presented and delicious.
