We’ve sifted through the latest NJ real estate market data to compile a list of 61 places across New Jersey where homes are in high demand. Allentown, Clayton, and Parsipanny have taken the lead, with houses selling in as little as 8 days.

Our analysis, using August 2023 residential sales data, concentrated in NJ towns where homes changed hands in less than 16 days and where at least 5 homes were sold.
