Jollibee is expanding its U.S. presence in 2026, bringing its popular Chickenjoy fried chicken, Jolly Spaghetti and Peach Mango Pie to more cities.
The Filipino fast food chain has opened four new U.S. restaurants so far this year. The new locations are in Manhattan, Stockton, downtown San Francisco and Roseville.
Jollibee has also confirmed that additional California restaurants are planned for Oxnard and Elk Grove. However, the company has not yet released opening dates or exact addresses for those two upcoming locations.
Here is a closer look at the new Jollibee restaurants that have opened in 2026 and the locations that are still on the way.
New Jollibee Restaurants That Opened in 2026
Manhattan, New York
Jollibee opened its newest Manhattan restaurant on March 31, 2026, at:

The restaurant is located near Grand Central Terminal, making it convenient for commuters, office workers, residents and tourists.
This is Jollibee’s third Manhattan restaurant. The chain also has locations in Times Square and on Sixth Avenue near West 36th Street.
The East 42nd Street restaurant offers dine-in, takeout and online ordering. It is currently open daily from 9 a.m. until midnight.
When the new restaurant opened, Jollibee reported that customers began lining up several hours before the doors opened. The company later said the restaurant continued attracting steady traffic after its grand opening.
Stockton, California
Jollibee opened a new Stockton restaurant in April 2026 at:

The restaurant is located along Pacific Avenue in the Weberstown area. It offers dine-in service, takeout and a drive-thru.
The Stockton opening expanded Jollibee’s presence in California’s Central Valley. The company already operates another restaurant in nearby Sacramento at 6021 Mack Road.
Downtown San Francisco, California
Jollibee opened its long awaited downtown San Francisco restaurant on July 31, 2026, at:

The new restaurant is located near the Powell Street BART station, giving it a prominent location in one of San Francisco’s busiest shopping and transportation areas.
The downtown restaurant offers dine-in service, takeout and online ordering. Its current hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
The opening was especially significant because the Bay Area is where Jollibee began its U.S. expansion. The company opened its first American restaurant in Daly City in 1998.
Although Jollibee has several restaurants throughout the Bay Area, the Market Street opening marked the chain’s return to San Francisco proper after an absence of approximately 15 years.
Roseville, California
Jollibee opened its new Roseville restaurant on August 7, 2026, at:

The restaurant offers dine-in service, takeout, delivery and online ordering. It is currently open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The Roseville opening was an important milestone for Jollibee because it became the company’s first franchised restaurant in California.
It is also the first restaurant being developed under a larger 24 location franchise agreement covering California, Nevada and Texas. That agreement could bring considerably more Jollibee restaurants to the three states over the next several years.
Upcoming Jollibee Locations
Jollibee has confirmed that it plans to open additional California restaurants in Oxnard and Elk Grove.
Oxnard, California
A new Jollibee is planned for Oxnard, but the company has not announced an exact address or opening date.
Until Jollibee releases additional information, the Oxnard restaurant should be considered an upcoming location rather than a confirmed 2026 opening.
Elk Grove, California
Jollibee has also announced plans to open a restaurant in Elk Grove.
As with the Oxnard restaurant, an exact address and grand-opening date have not yet been released. Construction schedules, permits and inspections can affect when a proposed restaurant is able to open.
Is Jollibee Opening More U.S. Restaurants?
The four restaurants that have already opened and the two upcoming California locations are only part of Jollibee’s broader U.S. growth strategy.
Jollibee has signed development agreements with franchise operators interested in opening multiple restaurants. The company has identified California, Nevada, New York, Texas and Washington as important expansion markets.
The brand is working toward a much larger U.S. footprint by 2030. However, a development agreement does not mean all of the potential restaurants have secured sites or opening dates.
Jollibee Is Also Targeting Texas for Future Growth
Texas is expected to play a major role in Jollibee’s longer term expansion.
The company has identified San Antonio as a priority market and has discussed the possibility of adding as many as 15 restaurants in the area over approximately five to six years.
This does not mean 15 San Antonio locations are opening in 2026. The plan is a longer-term expansion goal that depends on finding appropriate sites and franchise partners.
Jollibee is also exploring additional growth opportunities in other major Texas markets, including Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston.
